i thought when i woke up today i was in ketosis as i was buzzing and had breath like a toilet lol (how nice i will be fighting the birds away soon lol) but sadly i think it was just coffee breath :) but i am going to stick to it, and hopefully the flapjacks will help with those times you just...

:( days 1-3 i breezed through, the 4th day i feel like crap, the thing is this week ive only had 2 choices chicken or strawberry does eating the flapjacks make it any better ? does any one no once in ketosis do u feel fine again like u aint hungry no more, today i was going to eat again...

Was okish lol was fine till about 4pm then i became seriously hank marvin, but had some water and i was fine again, i then became starvin again around 10pm, but again water sorted that out now on day 2, fingers crossed its a little easier today ;)

one thing i wondered do is, can thing's like lipotrim be compared to go lower meals, for example can the weight loss be the same on both ? its just weird as on the website they claim to help with the same sort of weightloss that lipotrim claims to do as well, but surely if that was true wouldnt...

Thanks for the reply's after this bottle of water thats 2 litres done + my coffee's + the shakes, i am sure i will fit in another 500ml bottle or two, i may try the peppermint, does anyone no what are those strips i can use to sort of the dog breath lol

Its not to bad so far, as i was on a low food diet anyways (my own stupid made up diet lol) the strawberry drink is nasty, how do they get away with calling it strawberry lol is there a nicer flavour as my chemist only offers strawberry or chicken as he dont have many men on lipotrim, going...

thanks for reply's, whats weird is my old man uses my scales and sometimes boots and its near on spot on, on both of them, yet for me todays scales where 2 stone heavier, is there anyway to test a set of scales lol

Following on from my topic a few weeks ago i visited the chemist today and picked up my first batch which ill start monday, i have a few quesions do, 1) the chemist didnt show me a dvd or take my blood pressure, is that a bad thing ? 2) second thing worrying me is his small scales he used...

Cheers for the reply m8, may visit the gp and see what they think, but i am 99% sure i have a bmw over 30 as i am only 5ft10 and nearly 19 stone, all i hope is they have a private area in the chemist as the horror story's about it being done in front of other's etc really put me off, and thanks...
