hiya, i dont understand, why you not eating? at slimming world you can eat lots and still loose weight!

why dont you have spirit instead? a measure of, lets say, vodka, with diet coke, is alot less syn value than wine. i have the same trouble. socializing can be difficult.

why stick to red and green days now theres extra easy?! problem solved!

i disagree. i think she is making the best of something really bad, and trying to provide a future for her kids.

good on you for goin back! i lost 5 stone at slimming world but have put back 4 1/2, just joined again on tuesday! good luck to you, i know i need all the help and motivation i can get!.
