Hey all... Started on Tues but fell off the wagon after 2 days.. so disappointed with myself.. Started again today.. i only want to do 3/4 weeks and i am determined this time.. i have to keep my eye on the goal...!! Gna use ye all for inspiration..hope dats ok!! :)

As far as i am aware...u will be out of ketosis now... however, just pick urself up and carry on... the damage is done but u can limit it now if you carry on with your diet!! U are not destined to be a big girl..!! Move on...start again..it's worth it..believe me..!!
