Thanks for the reply - my husband seems to think it would be a complete waste of time dieting if I also drank wine - thankfully not

Could someone please let me know if I will loose weight quicker if I do not use all my syns or should I just use my syns as part of my diet - is it also ok to have a couple of glasses of wine each day as my syns if i do use them?:confused:
