    Firstly, Well done on givings up the cigs, thats gonna be my next goal. If you like coffee drink it black and this stops you feeling hungry also drink loads of water but spread it out throughout the day. GOOD LUCK, Emz.

    vanilla coffe???

    I have mine hot too. I mix bout 100ml of cold water n 300ml boiling water, then add a generous spoonful of coffee then add the vanilla sachet and get SHAKING!!! LUSH!

I can feel my favourite pair of jeas getting bagging so I went shopping thursday and bought a new pair, A whole size smaller and even they were a bit baggy but I had to have them as they were my target size!     I have smelly breath!!!!

    Thats exactly how I'd describe it, MORNING BREATH, HAHA. I've started taking a toothbrush into work so when youre mouth feels really kacky you can have a freshen up. Also I've found peppermint tea helps=)

    Yummy Recipes/ ideas for all!

    I love Coffee, and for the first time today tried it Black n it was actually okay. But my favourite shake is vanilla, spoon full of coffee n hot water(bit of cold too to stop shaker from melting), LUSH!!! I'm on three of them a day and finding it good as I'm still getting my caffeine fix,LOL.
