    Im new to weight watchers....

    Hiya Kitten. 3.5lb in 2 weeks sounds right on as they estimate about 1lb per week, so in actual fact you have lost more than the estimate! I'm around 15 stone 8 and hoping to lose about 5 stone so still a way to go but i have made a step in the right direction so hopefully i'll keep going.

    Hi Sacred. I don't eat the meals, i tend to cook my own from fresh as you are not required to buy any ww food whatsoever.

I started the Xenical last Friday and have been following the Weight Watchers diet too and have found that they compliment each other so well that in the 4 days since i started i have only needed to take 4 pills and might be able to come off them all together soon.     my first tablet!!!!!

    Hi, you need to take it after each meal every 4 hours or whenever you have your meal. They don't take very long to work so it will work on the food because it doesn't get digested right away. However, if there's no fat in the meal then you don't need to take it at all.
