Hi Irene Been on dietchef and WW but was researching golower diet when i came across minimims - looks a great source of support. xx

i just called golower and spoke to one of the staff - (her name was herc) she was really helpful and explained the diet really well. What i didnt understand is that they charge the same ervery week £46.50 and you pay for 16 or 20 weeks but only get proper food for the first bit of the diet. So...

i have spoken to one of the counsellors at golower and I cant fathom the prices - i have scoured the forum for an explination but dont understand It all seems a little hard to tell what i am getting for my money

how much does the golower diet cost i cant work it out from their website xx

im just new to here, looking up golower - i tried the bars but didnt realise they did a diet - what is it like? x

I have tried this in the past (well there bar thingys) but they seem to have a whole diet now - all sent to you - has anyone tried it.....??? Thinking about trying it seems expensive tho xx

Hi I am Louise and new to the forums, just registered so will spend a little time looking around. I am 40 just done lots of diets and have been dietchef and golower lately cause i am pretty lazy about cooking. Looking forward to a chat x
