    HI Glad I'm not the only one struggling. I had a blip on the weekend. Luckily still lost 2 at wi. I guess if you have below 1000 cal per day you've got to loose even if you pick a bit. I'm off to bed too - really tired and tempted to pick. Good luck everyone.

    HI I was too naughty yesturday and picked ( a bit) in the evening. Anyway back on trhe wagon again today, pleased I lost 6lbs last week, only just over a stone to go now. It would be really nice to do at least 2 lbs this week so that I break the one stone to go barrier!

    Trouble sleeping

    HI DeeJ and Tinkerbella I normally sleep fom 10 til 6. Last few nights I haven't got to sleep til long gone 11 and then I still woke at 6. I haven't been waking once asleep though so it's not too bad. Are you feeling tired?

    Good luck. If it was easy we'd all be slim all the time wouldn't we. I'm on day 2 and feeling rough now- I'm hoping day 3 or 4 it will improve, It's a good idea about going to bed early. Or have a bath. In fact anything not in the kitchen!

    My first sachet

    HI- I'm new it's my first day today. I did this a few months ago and lost 10lbs but gave up. I've put 3 back on and didn't want to slip. I really want to have a bmi of 25. When I did this before I tried the porridge and it was yuck! Definately won't be having it again. Off to meet my CDC now-
