    Hi guys, Hope you don't mind me joining in here?! I have decided to try calorie counting and exercise having tried many different kind of diets before (without success!) My first question is, how many calories do i need per day to loose weight? Is there any way of working it out? Ta! :D

    Hi, I'm new to the site and hoping for some support and inspiration! :D I have a lot of weight to loose, and having tried lots of different diets (weight watchers, slimming world, cambridge diet, xenical, adios) i have decided to try good, old fashioned, calorie counting and exercise! :)
