Fab, that's a 3 month old baby you've lost. I find that trying to find something that weighs what I've lost helps. I did LL once and lost 3 stone, at the time my son weighed s 3 stone and I couldn't carry him without my back giving me jip so how did I walk about with that extra weight every day?
