    Something to be proud of?!??

Thanks Elle-Emm :) A lady that I work with who is also on LT has told me to be stong and not mess it up - she said that she once made the wrong choices one week and gained the 9lb that she had lost the week before - does it really go back on that quickly??

    Something to be proud of?!??

A colleague and close friend of mine is leaving on Friday and moving abroad (so jealous!) and I’ve been left in charge of organising the leaving lunch. I put my name down for a grilled Thai Chicken sandwich this morning when I passed the menu round – big mistake!!!!! I’m also going to a good...

    hmm hmm delicate issue ...

I have done on and off, one minute I'm suffering with it one way and then the next, its the opposite way - not nice really is it because when I want to go, I can't :(

My thoughts on all this water....

To be honest, I haven't found them very good - the young girl who weighs me has messed up my weight last week when i started and this week too whilst she was converting from kgs to lbs, I converted it myself online and she was 4lbs out with my weight loss. The chart that she uses shows...

My thoughts on all this water....

Thats what I thought. I like soda water, its what a drink on a night out so unless it has an adverse affect, I'm still going to drink it.

    my first weigh in!

Congrats :) I said exactly the same told at my first weigh in - would have taken me ages to lose what I have done in a week if I was still on SW or WW Keep up the good work hun x

    anyone doing lt with PCOS

I'm 'blessed' with it too. I'm only on my 2nd week of LT and had my first weigh in today (-11lbs.... woo hoo) so I'm hoping that it wont affect my weight loss all that much or in the same way which has discouraged me and pushed me to crash and burn on WW/SL etc. Good luck and I hope you do...

    Feeling restless ?

I agree - keep yourself busy. I still live at home with my Mum and I've done nothing but clean when I've got in from work for the past 3 days - she's loving it but it's stopped me from thinking about eating and then possibly ending up being naughty :)

Weekend Hell - Having a bit of a rant!

I'm making home made lasagne from scratch for my fella tonight for T - its a WW recipe, but he loves it and it's always been one of our favourites. He's been very supportive this week but I don't see why he should miss out on 'the good stuff' just because I'm doing LT so I said I didn't mind...

Weekend Hell - Having a bit of a rant!

First weekend on Lipotrim and I'm finding it difficult :( A 'normal' weekend would consist of finishing work on Friday and heading straight to the pub till stupid o'clock - managed to get through that last night but it was tough - stayed in and drank my water :) I'm going through the 'I'm...

Thanks ladies and gents. I'm having a much better day today :) First day without a headache thank goodness, however - I am cold. I'm having to sit in work with my jacket on but I can cope with that. Hope you're all having a good day ;) xx I did want to ask one thing, it says that...

    inspiration

My Nan passed away because she was too big to have an operation. She would never have got off the operating table had she gone ahead so she didn't, she just suffered, became even more ill and in the end passed away. I helped take care of her towards the end and I decided that I didn't want to...

    Munching

I realised the same today - I wasnt actually hungry but just wanted to eat for the taste of food and because it was nearly lunch time - just goes to show how much of a greedy gannet I have been in the past! I resisted though thank goodness :)

Newbie on board - the start of my journey

Hi Everyone I've just come across the site and thought I would introduce myself. I started the Lipotrim program on Monday with a starting weight of 21st 6lbs. I'm 5ft 11inch tall so I've always managed to carry my weight better than most but this reduced me to tears as I thought it was...
