thank you all so much for taking the trouble to reply. Ironically I can tolerate ryvita, and do like crispbreads so I think I will use these as my healthy extra and syn with one slice homemade bread (my weakness).
I am following the Extra Easy plan (3rd day). I cannot tolerate wholemeal bread and therefore make homemade white bread. Does anyone know if this is classed as a syn or can be included in the healthy extras. If a syn what are the points.
