Afternoon all, I really need help I have been trying to get going again and manage a few days then fall off the wagon big time!! :cry:
I am fine on red days but green are getting a bid tedious. I really like rice but need some tasty ideas so I don't get bored too quickly!

Have had a banana shake for lunch today, was a bit bland but not too bad, had a toffee, nut and raisin bar this morning which was suprisingly tasty!
Well hopefully this is the first day to the new me. I did CD last year and lost a stone and managed to keep it off until Xmas!! So I am hoping the weight will come off quite easily with this one. I hope the shakes and soups are tasty :)

I have recently lost a stone doing the Cambridge Diet but really want to get back to real food! I did SW years ago and it worked for me but I am a little worried that it won't work this time, I want to lose another stone.
