    Try half a sachet if you don't want a whole one. I always find its a long time from my tea shake to bedtime so i have half a hot chocolate mid evening.

    Been reading some of the posts on here and its given me a lot of encouragement. Fingers crossed this diet agrees with me and that I can stick to it. I've been struggling since I stopped smoking so had to change my diet habbits completely.... :wave_cry:
