Good luck - it's not easy but it does work if you stick with it. Be kind to yourself in the first few days, have a couple of non-food treats lined up - a good book or pile of magazines to dip into when you feel food calling! I put stickers in my diary each day I stick to it - red ones on days I falter (not many of these but each one is one too many!) and gold ones on SS days. Hope you enjoy it and look forward to hearing about your first WI!
