    Don't give up, 1.5lbs is at least a loss. But I know slow losses that you can't see or feel can be very off putting. Sometimes the body just holds on to the fat but eventually it has no choice but to let go. I bet next week you will see a bigger weight loss. I wish I could take my own advice...

    there is apparently no cure for KP, the doctors gave me a cream called aquadrate- has 10% urea and i bought something from america called Glytone KP Kit lol apparently glycolic acid based things will just help make it less noticeable, but like stretchmarks..no cure :-(

    We all have our moments of weakness and we have all chosen to eat something knowing the consequences which has lead us here..the important point is to not feel guilty, know you have wronged and get back on track :-)

    Lighter life is simple yet difficult at the same time lol. Simple because there is no thought or preparation required for the foodpacks..its just add water and drink. Difficult because you crave food and miss it. What has helped me get this far is admitting that I do have a problem with food...

    Salmon is indeed high is calories, on weightwatchers I think 1 salmon fillet was 6 points lol I recommend you limit your salmon intake and consider perhaps cod, or haddock :-) and perhaps add beans such as chickpeas to your salad? that has some protein in it :-)

    if it's any consolation it took me 3 weeks to lose 8lbs :-( I have my week 4 weigh in tomorrow and it looks as if I may only lose 1-2lbs this week, I am gutted to have not lost a stone in a month ...Won't be reaching the 3 stone mark at this pace
