    Roasted veg

    On the green plan and EE - yes, definitely. On the Red plan as long as the veg you are using are free on the plan. The lack of oil may mean that the veg tend to stick but if you use a silicone baking dish or line your baking tray with a teflon sheet this should not be a problem.
