    Do you need to be in ketosis in order to lose weight or does ketosis just make the diet easier as you stop feeling hungry?

    Hi all fellow CDers!

    Well Im on day 6 of the diet. Finding it ok so far. Day 3 was the hardest as it was my sons 1st birthday and I had to make sandwiches (my downfall) and was surrounded by chocolate and cakes. I very proudly didn't put one morsel of food in my mouth all day so I figure if I can get through that...

    Water Flavourings and Mousse Mix Quantities

    I wish I had seen this at the start of the diet a week ago :( I have been having 2 teaspoons of the water a day plus about 3 drinks of the vegetable mix in hot water. I do appear to have lost about 7lbs according to my scales (I get my first weigh in tonight) but maybe if I had stuck to one...
