So happy have lost three pounds since Friday, at last my body is adjusting to the green days and the weight is coming off, was a bit worried for a while that it was just bloating me out but at last its working, great start to the week, hopefully it will continue.:) Thank you to all those people...

Thanks so much for all the replys little bit disappointed today have put on 2 pounds in 1 day but will keep going and hope its just a change of diet just feel a bit bloated doing the green day but not a lot I can do as i dont eat much meat i will keep you all posted and stay on here for inspiration.

I started SW yesterday did a green day was really good and I put on 2 pounds this morning really not happy. Does anybody know if the red is better than the green day coz I dont want to keep going up, I dont really eat a lot of meat thats my problem but feel very bloated on green day.:sigh:
