I started SW yesterday did a green day was really good and I put on 2 pounds this morning really not happy. Does anybody know if the red is better than the green day coz I dont want to keep going up, I dont really eat a lot of meat thats my problem but feel very bloated on green day.:sigh:

It's horrible when that happens.
Everyone on here says not to weigh too often, so I thought I'd test it!
I weighed myself when I first woke up and then an hour later before I got dressed. I'd put on 3 pounds!!!!!
So, the clever clogs have been proven right:)
Shall we take their advice and weigh ourselves less?
I shall, or I'll get really down.

this why i do not have scales at home, i used to weigh in at boots on a saturday during my lunch hour, but a couple of weeks ago i got cheesed off with the scales wobbling so nipped over to argos an bought a set, but they stay in work and my work mate will only let me have them on the saturday morning to weigh in.
