My first day and first post. Is there a template for food diary please?

Hi, I live in Cyprus, I have recently been diagnosed as diabetic, is SW a diet I could follow? There are classes here but I am too far away so will be going it alone. Would love to hear from anyone following plan who is also diabetic, and any advice would be welcome ??
