    Chicken Jalfrezi 350g - 8.5 so is one of quite low ones but is more lower that you could have, but as this is my fav, next time i have a curry i will go for this one :)

    ah well ive lost quite a bit post 5 weeks so obv wasnt a time of month that i put on but one week lost less so maybe it was the time i retain water, but not going to worry about the week as long as i lose weight in long run. thanks for info :)

    mine has gone from legs first, so happy as now they look nice and toned froma ll dancing i do now the fat as gone, but hoping next place is tummy. finger crossed doesnt go from boobs love my Fs lol.

    when i started i was for a few weeks :S was awful, but glad put up with it. now take alli aswell as following sw, as makes me regular as the diet was having bad effect.

    at my butchers he does 9 different flavour syn free sausage, my favourite ones are black pepper ones and also chilli mmm so tasty. he also does a few different burgers; angus, chicken and my fav garlic chicken, which are free too. love them so much!

    I just bought green tea with lemon- 5 bags for 99p from aldi and they are lovely, vey lemoney, alot more than the expensive makes i usually buy :) mmm had 3 tonight. can't wait see hwo drinking it this week as effected my WI tommorow :s nervous

    i lost 5 in first week, but that is first week and weight loss usually more then! but yea i think if 100% stick to it and exercise too then you will do, think positive and it may happen :)

    i am on alli, the amount of fat it states isnt an amount to eat, it is an amount to not go over as if you do you may find yourself having diarhea. I rarely eat fat but take them with whichever meals contain even a small amount, as following slimming world i don't eat much fat. sure it states...

    when i used to eat unhealthy i went like 3days on row in a month and that all :S i know soemthing must of been wrong, btu to me was normal. but eating healthier made it 2 weeks which eating more food bloated me, alli are such a relief for me now

    i love green tea with lemon, although never seems to have mcuh lemon,so i add a tiny drop of sugar free lemon squash, makes it lush coudl drink loads of it and does seem help flush you out an dhelp detox.

    wow for my first 2 weeks of the diet, i didnt go to the toilet even once, wish it had that effect on me, ive ended up on alli tablets nto jsut becuase of what they meant to do with fat but to help me go toilet. which now once every other day for me is very regular, eveeryoen is different

    i loved my turkey version of it although think chicken may work better, i was shocked about amount of fat that came out of my so called healthy living turkey and just seperated from the meal in the dish ewwww. defo go for chicken next time.

    i am doing the same and following slimming world and taking alli. lost 5 first week and two second, i am happy enough, to be honest if only lose one a week now i will be happy, 2 is aim though. its better to lose it slower as wont pile back on quick if u relapse for short time. good luck with it...

    maybe your 2nd weigh in, weight on was due to large mount of times you are going to gym, you may of been losing fat and gaining muscle, whcih does weigh more than fat, which does seem that way due to inch loss.

    Does everyone have a "natural" weight?

    BMi also dont take into account muscle, as muscle weighs more than fat anyway, someone who is muscular, may be classed as overweight on BMI but of lost most of their fat. I think it is all about going to the stage that you feel comfotable with and not what some else tells you.

    yea i like carrot sticks just seems be what have in most meals so wanted something different. might give yoghurts a try then, soemthing bit sweet. not bothered about savoury things like soup, something that feels like a treat.
