Yes a tweak but i add 7gms of allbran to the porridge instead of the oat bran thingy.
I am going to check out and compare the content of the two but the syn value is equal so I am comfortable with using it as Hexb ike this.
I too am going it alone. Started on 1st Jan this year, a very good start to the year so far.
I will start posting my diary. need to get some routine going.
Only joined minimins today so finding my way around and need to finish my profile.
