I'm suffering with hot cross bun cravings. I'm thinking of trying to make a hot cross cous cous cake but not sure how to go about it. Has anyone else tried this? Was it a disaster? how would I work out the syns for the fruit or could I use a HE for the fruit :confused:

Today I mixed quark with 1tbsp of red pesto(2.5 syns) and just stirred it through hot pasta and it was nice.
I just wondered if anyone else has any other idea's to mix quark with to make a yummy free or low syn sauce please?
