Does anyone know the syn value of evening primrose oil capsules?

Because it's marinated with the skin on it can't absorb enough of it to make any difference to it's value.

Depending on how many are in the pack and the size of them, about 3-6 per Yorkshire pud. The spuds will be free. Try crumbling an oxo cube over them before roasting to add extra flavour. They are excellent that way.

If you tell them you need it without fats because of allergies they'll happily oblige to avoid having you thrash on the floor and possibly die. Works every time for me.

The corn is if you don't get sauce on it (1/2 syn if you do). The rice is about 2 syns iirc.

The new cottage cheeses are nice, and are currently 3 for £2. The coronation one is syn free, as is the black pepper one. The apple and pear one is 1 1/2 for the whole tub. They're nice spread on ryvita wholegrains (6 for a HexB).

If you go for the chicken and take off the skin it's free. You just need to allow syns for any of the sauce you add to it (2 per level tbsp). Add a portion of spicy rice and the corn on the cob (about 1/2 syn for the sauce they cook it with) and you've got a full meal out following the EE plan...

I thought spicy rice was 2 syns? Also, each chicken breast burger is 2 syns because of the marinade and sauce. I'd syn the pitta.

Wine is approx. 27 syns per whole bottle, or 9 syns for 250ml. A pub glass is usually 175ml, and comes in at 6 to 6 1/2 syns. Hope this helps.
