Does anyone know the syn value for the Nandos sauce which you can buy from shops? I love adding it to my chicken at home but have no idea how bad it is for me. I have looked on the online SW syn values but can't find the sauce by itself?
Thank you x

The nandos "rub" is much lower in syns. Its between 3 and 4 syns (depending on which you get) for 25g and that coats about 4 chicken breasts.

Wow this is great, i had no idea that Nando's wasnt that bad, i wondered how id managed to loose weight this week and still had nando's at the weekend!
Does anyone know if they put any nasties in the macho peas?

If you go for the chicken and take off the skin it's free. You just need to allow syns for any of the sauce you add to it (2 per level tbsp). Add a portion of spicy rice and the corn on the cob (about 1/2 syn for the sauce they cook it with) and you've got a full meal out following the EE plan from as little as 2 1/2 syns.

If you still like massive portions then you can even go for the full chicken!
