hi sorry not been adding my weight lost on but i sign up in the being and since the start date of 11 aug i have lost a total of 37 pounds is it 2 late to add it on now i have got my weekly lost writen down have tried to do a tracker line but cant seem 2 add it either x well done every one...
i have done two week not am defently in ketotis have tested but not seem to be losing any inches i have stuck to like glue although i do chew surgar free gum please some advice or encouragment:cry:
