    YO-YOING

It seems there are quite a few of us going through this - as I am struggling to stay 100% focused. For the past 3 or 4 weeks i have been messing around with either a STS, put on a 1lb or loose a 1lb and it is a waste of money, time and effort (it still takes effort even if your cheating some of...

Im really finding it hard today

Water, water, water - thats all I can suggest along with mind over matter which isnt easy I know. Maybe buy 3 extra sachets this week so that you have some spare for emergencies like this.

    Finally I have lost a stone! :-)

Well done you! 1 stone is great. The more that comes off, the more motivated you get, so keep going strong.

Congratulation and how well are you doing?! - thats amazing. I bet you feel like a totally different person. 1lb to go for 5 stone as well - you must be so pleased with yourself, I know I would be. Good luck with the rest of your weight loss and keep up the good work.:party0011:

Thread for people who will be 100% for this week

I need to join this thread too. I was going to post about how much I am struggling and how much I have cheated the last couple of weeks, so a little mini challenge of 100% for a week sounds good to me. Starting tomorrow morning for me as I have been bad again tonight!!

    Which bars are nicest?

I keep my bars in the freezer all the time, they only take a couple of minutes to thaw enough to be chewy. Choc orange were my favourite but I cant get them anymore so the malt toffee is my main choice now. You cant liken them to anything really (regular chocolate), but for me its a bit mind...

    shock weight at weigh in

I bet you, (if your anything like me) you tucked into some of your favorites before starting the diet and that wouldn't have helped. Its never good is it the first weigh in but it will be all down from now on, and that will be great to see. You only have 2lb to go to get into another stone...

    No fair

Weight losses, particularly by the week, are a really bad guide with this diet. I have had weeks where I have been 100% good and lost 0.5lb, that was hard to take but you have to keep in the mind set that it will probably show the following week, which usually is the case. It may be easier to...

    Cost of Cambridge

Sorry didnt explain myself very well. I cant understand how the cost of CD's 21 sachets (3 per day) could equal the cost of the 'Lite N Easy' diet which consists of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 snacks per day (food delivered). 75 pounds for each diet in Australia. I dont snack on CD SS and...

    Cost of Cambridge

Hi all I have just noticed that you are all paying around 40 pounds a week in the UK for SS. I have just done a calculation based on todays exchange rate and my Aussie SS is costing a whopping minimum 75 pounds!:( Just a bit miffed why it is so expensive here. We have a calorie controlled...

    Wii Fit

Yes, I second 'Just Dance' - that leaves you feeling sweaty and is fun to do.

    Rumbling Tum

I work in a really, really quiet architects office and I am becoming very conscious of my loud rumbling tum. I try drinking water to stop it, but its fairly loud particularly after my lunch time sachet. I am doing SS. Has anyone got any suggestions?

    Goodbye - i am moving!

Hi keelie, Good luck at SW, I definitely think you are doing the right thing. Last time I took 6 months to loose 5 stone on Cambridge and put 4 stone back on in much less time because when I returned to food and shopping, the whole shop was like going into a sweety store! A really good idea...

    Egg - SS

My counselor quite matter of factly said 'are you eating boiled eggs?' I said no, but she went on to say that she used to eat them whilst she was doing Cambridge and recommended that I ate a boiled egg if I got really hungry. She aso said that it was mainly protein and wouldn't take me out of...

    Acceptable Cheating!

I got told by my councilor that I could have a boiled egg if I was really hungry, but I dont like to cheat and try to stay strong willed. It is only week 3 for me though this time. Last time, I did the diet for 6 months and if I occasionally went out with work, I would order a chicken salad...

    Hi

Hi Paula, I live in Australia (GC) and have just started Cambridge for the third time. The first time I lost 4 stone, 2nd time was a fail, this time I hope to loose the 4 stone again and then go on the 'light n easy' food diet (available in aus) so that I can learn about healthy portion sizes...
