    I lost 43lb on CD 2 years ago for the holiday of a lifetime (Maldives where Hubby and I renewed our wedding vows :sigh:) but didn't manage to get back onto it (faffed around for a couple of months) and then gave up and put it all back on and some :eek: I'm now trying again and have lost 19lb...

    Week 1 weigh in

    Thanks folks...first week wasn't too bad, and knew I would get a good result if I could stick to it (2nd attempt at CD :rolleyes:) and that it would then spur me on....can feel the difference already as tummy has gone soft, unfortunately this will be quickly followed by boobs looking like rung...

    What to do about toilet problems

    I got some of the fibre 89 from my CDC to try and have found it quite effective and very gentle, unlike the dulcolax perles which I found to be quite severe :eek:
