weigh in tonight!!! started the stop smoking clinic last wed and weighed at home this morning and i havent lost a bean i know i shouldnt weigh at home but i had to i have stuck to the plan religiously and havent usd bigger portions and have been within my syns too! i really want to give up...

i made quorn chicken curry syn free and yummy and quick orange cheesecake made with quark and fromaige frai - tbh it was awful :-)

i have been doing slimming world since 2003 on and off and have always had atreat not sure if i could cope without it and with the 15 syns i tend to use them for highlights especially if im having a chocky moment but i do find that if i have atreat on the tuesday i feel like one on the wed and...

i always have a treat after weigh in i think that youve really worked hard and not had any treats so why not i think if you dont have any treats you will get fed up of the plan and cheat anyway.

hiya we are going through the same kinda thing in work with changes of terms and conditions to our contract firstly they have to write a letter to you stating the terms of your contract are going to change they then can give you a months notice on doing this they shouldnt be able to do this...
