Why isn't this getting easier yet? :(

Hi Loopidoo, I think Day 5 is the worst for most people. After the first 10 days it's hard to remember that youeven thought about giving up. Each week is a bonus, even if the gain is small. I am on week 6 and only lost 1 measly pound after being totally with the programme. Yesterday...

    Im starting on Monday...

Welcome Shrinkingannie....... we're a crazy bunc on here, but you'll find lots of useful info. Most important is the support when you feel a little low (and everyone can have an off day). It helps a lot to know others faced the same challenges and managed to stay strong until the pass....and...

    Current Lipotrim users?

Hey MrsN, welcome to the wacky world of Lipotrimmers. Believe me, the first week is the hardest. Once you've started losing those llbs it just keeps the motivation high. Watch out for a dip or 2 around day 10, it seems common, but once week 2 is over your energy levels will go up. It really...

    Diary of a LT newbie

Hi Rubyalice09 Welcome to the forum... it's a great way to stave off those times when food cravings strike. Just spend an hour being amused, entertained, energised...and of course motivated by Lipotrimers sharing experiences and general chatter. It really helped me to believe in the...

I'm having such a BAD day

Dunders, hang in there, girl... I'm on wk 5 now, but in the first 2 weeks I was trawling the forum for help and inspiration. Your posts wer so entertaining, witty, funny, honest and especially inspiring. Without you and some other regular posters I would never have made it to the 3rd...

Omg cant stop thinking of food ...

Hey Paulinequirk... splitting the shakes...... that is so clever. I'm on week 5 now and have got over the 'thinking about food all the time stuff'. But I really wish I'd thought of your clever strategy in week 1 !!! Also if I hadn't foundd this forum and seen all the fantastic weight loss...

    Alcohol & lipotrim

Hi Annie, I would recommend that you stay away from the booze. Got tempted on Good Friday (yo know...forbidden fruit etc) and had 2 glasses of white wine. It hit me like a freight train. Never again. Still managed a 2 lb loss that week, but I'm on the straight and narrow from now on.

It can be done - My before's and Afters

Jim what a success story. Well done. Your success will help me to keep on track when I open the fridge and see the chhesecake my daughter left as a treat. !!! That's what I get for being so unwilling to tell my family I'm on Lipotrim. Enjoy your new, healthy body and get back to that sunny...

    just starting L.T HELP PLEASE

Hi Loudei Congrats for taking the plunge again. You're right, the first 10 days are very hard. I'm mid way through week 4, ans I would have caved in at least 3 times in the first week without this forum. I found it by chance when I googled Lipotrim and it has saved my life. I have been...

How to cope with the downers

Hi Lipotrimtobethin Yes, it does get easier. I'm at the end of Wk 3, and for the first 10 days I was sure each day would be the last and I would fold. Now I look forward to my Lipo meals, enjoy the weigh-in days and thank my luck stars I found the forum. So many people are sticking with the...

    Tricky Third Week

Janey, I can so identify with your comments about birthdays. In my office the skinny people get scones if someone feels down (nearly every day), and black forest gateau for birthdays - seems like every bloody week. Anyway, so far, so 'no thanks', but it's only wk 3. How long can I stay strong ?????

Hello all and I guess until I work it out this is my diary too lol

Hi Sam, your honesty is so brave...most of us are suffering and struggling, but I don't think I could dare to bare my thoughts and feelings so openly for all the world to see. Definitely rooting for you all the way, so if good vibes can help you through you're a winner already.

Is it normal to be hungry on week 4 ?

Hi all, just at the end of wk 3. I'm really amazed at having stuck it out. Wk1 - lost 10 lbs, so Wk 2 was easy, but then only lost 2lbs after being totally with the programme. This week has been really hard, and without this forum I know I would have given up and started eating. It is so...
