Didn't want to start a new thread but i've decided to give it a go! I can't afford the proper Slimfast stuff (can't believe how expensive it is!) but I have bought tescos own version 'Ultraslim'. Had one of the ready made shakes for lunch, not too bad actually! Fingers crossed!

Hello :) I am considering trying Slimfast for the first time. I'd like to lose half a stone in the next 3 weeks. Is this a realistic target from your experience? How much did you other Slimfast users lose in the first month or so? That's alot of questions! Sorry about that! Hehe. Much love. xxx
