    soggy salads

    I use bagged salad also, it may work out a little more expensive but there is little wastage, as it rarely goes soggy. I also prepare my salad the night before - I leave cherry tomatoes whole and keep dressing seperate - seems to work no soggy salad !

    switching groups

    I also recently re-joined an old group after loosing 3 stone ( and since gaining 4+ ) and found the extra easy plan confusing. I stick to red days, the "old fashioned " way which worked for me before. I have an odd green day during the week to mix it up a bit ! Good luck with your new group...

    From 16's to 15's

    Hello all After my second weigh in since starting back I have lost 7 lbs taking me into the 16 zone ! Loving the plan, following mainly red days - cant quite get my head around extra easy ! Any tips greatly apreciated :o
