    I don't know if its down to drinking the water but she has never really dieted so just a small change seems to have made a difference

    I advised my sister to drink more water for health reasons about three months ago and she did this by swapping from diet fizzy drinks to flavoured fizzy water - and has lost about a stone since doing so, with no other alteration to her usual diet.

    home made curry with lentils, peppers onions and passata, added a tin of mushy peas, had one portion with boiled rice and will have leftovers for tomorrows lunch at work. Nectarine banana and cherries throughout the evening. Its my first day back on plan so feeling quite motivated at the moment

    Plum tomatoes (half a lg tin) on 1 wm toast with brown sauce and black pepper, tasty and filling, feel very virtuous, today is my first day back on SW yet again, just wish there was a class nearby

    I use Turkey Mince when I can get it, although it has a different taste I find it is ideal for spicy burgers and not too bad for shepherds pie
