    Fed up this morning

    I so hear what everyone is saying....I experience "fed up" moments everyday but then I just visualise how I want to see myself and guld down some water and keep going. Its not easy but the key is like the motto below, we have to make it our habit to adjust to only having the shakes, bars etc...

    whay is it so hard to stay off the scales

    The best thing is to stick to weighing yourself once a week at Weigh In only. 1) Because it should roughly be the same time of day and day of the week 2) Its gives you the motivation to keep going week on week 3) It stops you obessing about I never weigh myself outside weigh in as a lil loss...

    Breath freshener question

    Im suffer from the same thing...Day 3 and a really clammy mouth...I can actually smell my breath and I'm so conscious that I have to talk to people shielding my mouth on the side...not good!! Is there any particular brand of gum thats acceptable or is it best to stick to the sprays:wave_cry:
