Thanks hun. Nearly a week is good, I hope it gets easier.

So, I have finally decided to try exante again and hopefully I will stick to it. Last time i tried it I wasn't able to get past day 5 :(. I am on day one today. 5'3 and weighed in at 10st 8lbs. I wish to reach the weight I used to be a couple of years ago of 8st 4lbs. Wish me luck guys :)
