I have an old copy of the Body Optimising Book and it lists 1 tablespoon of oil as a HEX B, but the latest online list does not seem to have this anymore. has it been taken off or am I looking in the wrong place?! perhaps things have changed since I was last on SW....

Just starting online SW. The guidance says to have 5-15 syns a day. But can anyone tell me how to go about setting a syns value? is it just down to how quickly to lose weight or is it about starting weight? or something else? many thanks for any thoughts.

I wonder if someone can help me with this. use the frylight sprays - and they work ok, and have no syns which is obviously fab. But the taste of something cooked in oil would obviously be better.... I have seen these pump sprays which you can fill with actual oil or oil and water. Anyone...
