Great news! I've just started week two and hope I have another loss this week.

Well today I had my first weigh-in and lost 6lbs. I'm delighted as I'm hypothyroid and find it challenging to lose weight. Good points for me:- 1) Loads of energy 2) Feeling great 3) Found it easy; no hunger or cravings Negative points:- 1) Chicken soup mix is just vile :) 2)...
