First Week Weigh-in

Well today I had my first weigh-in and lost 6lbs. I'm delighted as I'm hypothyroid and find it challenging to lose weight.

Good points for me:-

1) Loads of energy
2) Feeling great
3) Found it easy; no hunger or cravings

Negative points:-

1) Chicken soup mix is just vile :)
2) Choc mint shake tastes like toothpaste :8855:
3) Be good to get a full night sleep rather than running to the loo:4635:

I bought the cook book this week for some inspiration and am planning out my menu for the week.

Keeping fingers crossed that this works for me and I'll be happy for a 2lb loss next week.
