    I lost half a pound. I was pleased as I ate a giant pizza on Saturday and 3 bars of chocolate yesterday!!!! I was ill last week so missed weigh in and I have been going to the gym so that's helped. No cheating this week and I'm going to be good, repeat - i'm going to be good etc.....

    I put on 2lbs this week. Really annoyed about it but I know I kept picking at bits of food and it's amazing how the sync rack up when you do that - I kept doing it though! I've not been very good since Wednesday either so I really need to get myself sorted for the rest of the week.

    Wel I've been rubbish today. Had a sausage roll, M&S chocolate and some crisps. No idea how many syns so I'm just going to have to pretend today didn't happen and hope I can still lose something next Wednesday. I just hope I'm not suddenly going to lose all my willpower after trying so hard...

    Everyone keeps saying the userCP is in the top left corner but it isn't. I have been able to get to it by clicking on my edit signature and update statistics links. Not sure if this is because i have less than 20 posts, whether it has just changed or whether I have a weird computer!

    wholemeal versus brown bread

    Thanks kingleds, I've got wholemeal as a HEX as I can't do without my bread but I often have another 1-2 slices as well and syn them. It looks as though I'm going to have to have 2 loaves of bread on the go now - 1 wholemeal for HEX's and 1 brown for Syns! Hey ho!

In the SW book it says a 400g slice of wholemeal bread is 3 syns but a 400g slice of brown bread is 2.5 syns. I don't want to seem thick but I thought wholemeal and brown bread...

    Well another 4.5 lbs off for me! That's 12 lbs in 3 weeks so I'm really pleased. Especially as I wasn't that good this week. I suppose after a few weeks it'll slow down but it's going OK so far! Hope everyone else has a good day.

    I lost 1.5lbs this week. Pretty amazed really as I've been awful this week. Ate a whole packet of shortbread from M&S last Thurs and then went for a chinese last night :( So that's 9lbs altogether since joining SW - slowly going in the right direction!
