    For those who've lost quite a lot, did you do exercise on Slimming World?

    I've lost nearly 6 stone over the past 3 years - I'd say only really started to notice the change in my shape over the past 8 months. Although obviously must have been thinning out but the clothes I was wearing weren't doing anything to show off my weight loss. It's taking some time for my head...

    it's instead of Success Express and combines Speed and Protein food - basically no potatoes, pasta or rice. 1 HE A and 2 HE B. The combination is meant to keep you fuller for longer therefore no snacking needed

    The Batchelors Savoury Rice and Pasta n Sauce are on offer in there currently 50p each. I have their own pre cooked chicken slices which are syn free. Fruitopolis yogurts are on offer (1/2 syn each).

    First WI last night and lost 4 lbs - I am so chuffed as went from one diet straight to another so didn't think weight loss would be as good. Looking forward to another good week. Good Luck everyone x
