Awww thanks for the welcome girls. I seem to be doing ok so far, seem to have got back into the swing of things. Mainly because of how disgusted I am with myself that I let myself get this way again.

Hi im new here although not new to slimming world. I lost 3 1/2 stone in 2009 with slimming world then my son was diagnosed with Perthes Disease and I gave up on thinking thin. Anyway ive piled all that weight back on (and more) and im ready to lose it for good. Suzanne x
