    Thank you. Have just had my week 2 weigh in and i’m Now 18st 13pounds 4 pounds down. Would have liked a bit more but at least I lost. I still feel a bit light headed at times and my energy levels are really low.

    Hi everyone! After trying many diets from weight watchers to Atkins I start my new (final) weight Loss journey with the CD diet tomorrow. I will be starting on step 2 and my first weigh is a week on Monday.

    6 pound loss this week - really surprised!!! I do think it could be more water as feeling a bit dehydrated. Going to up my water intake and see results next Sunday. Good luck everyone.

    Put on a pound last week of induction

    Hi I have been on Atkins for the past two weeks. The first week I lost 8 pounds but this week I seem to have put on 1 pound! I have had my (TOM) so that may have something to do with it... Also, as I have never eaten eggs (just don't like them) I tend to have a protein shake in the morning...
