Put on a pound last week of induction


I have been on Atkins for the past two weeks. The first week I lost 8 pounds but this week I seem to have put on 1 pound!

I have had my (TOM) so that may have something to do with it...

Also, as I have never eaten eggs (just don't like them) I tend to have a protein shake in the morning with some sliced chicken or turkey. Do you think this is ok for me to continue?

How many carbs in the protein shake? Also have you gone on the atkins board?
The weight might be totm and water retention!
