    AMAZING BOOK!

    I have just finished reading ... 'The Lost Daughter' by Diane Chamberlain and it is the best book I've EVER read! It's just amazing, really sad that I've finished it now! :cry::wave_cry:

    Thanks so much for your replies - you've all made me feel so much better. I'm determined to stick to it now! Tablet wise, I take: Morphine, Amitriptyline, Anti-depressants called Sertraline, Pre-gabaline and also Ketamine for a pain relief. Obviously, I'm not very well :( and I have to take them...

    I've been really, really good this week - stuck to my points etc etc and I haven't lost ANY weight! This is my 1st week!!!!! I'm on a lot of tablets but I don't think that can stop me losing weight!! Help meeee :(:confused:
