    Just wanted to say well done on restarting! Changing eating habits can be so hard- try not to immediately focus on the results but celebrate being able to make changes and stick to them. You will see the results you want soon enough!

    Nice thread! Okay, I like my hair- it's long, blonde and thick! I would love to love my legs...I've always hated them, ever since I was a tiny child so to be proud of them would be such an achievement!

    Who's Loving Zumba!!!!

    I started zumba less than a week ago and I'm hooked! I do the DVDs at home, and I can really feel my heart pumping and the sweat pours off me! I'm trying to do the 20 min express DVD each day currently...wish me luck! X
