Hi everyone, I'm SUPER pleased to report I lost 4lb on my first week!! I'm a seasoned dieter, and know that this level isn't sustainable ... but it has really given me the boost I needed to continue! Still got lots to learn .. but so far I'm loving SW!!

Can anyone help - I'm not sure if the EE syn value would be per serving or per recipe - it doesn't specify - just says serves 4 etc :confused:

Hmmm - so on a recipe on the SW website, it says it's 3 syns on EE .. would that be 3 syns per serving - or for the whole recipe?
