I'm exactly the same as you lauratrev... I ideally want to be between 11st 7 & 11st... But also a comfortable size 12... I'm 12st 7 at the mo so another stone and I'll be happy...
I'm still stuck in the 12's... Got down to 12st 5.5lbs a few weeks ago to get my 5 stone award but since then I've not stuck to plan properly and I've put on 2.5lbs so now I'm 12.8... Really wanna get into the 11's.. And want to get my 6 stone award by the time I go on holiday in June

I, for the first time ever managed to resist chips from the chippy... All my collegues had them and we all sit on the same block of desks and I sat there tucking into my syn free shepherds pie
I'm going on my first holiday abroad and although I'm not going to be in a bikini, I want to at least be able to show off some leg hehe!! So my aim by July is to be a size 12 ( was a 22 when I started sw and am now a 14)
Highlights hot choc is 2 syns, sugar free jelly is not syn free, the little pots that are less then 10 cals are 1/2 syn. And the mullerlights are free except the cheesecake variety and the cherry underlayer ones
Top end- 11st 10lbs
Bottom end- 8st 10lbs
My first target is to aim for 11st.. Once I'm there I will see how I feel and look body wise to whether or not I want to lose more... I'm never going to be 9st tho
