Sarahs getting slim for summer

Thought I would start posting my food diary on here to get me more motivated so I can get to target by summer

Lost 4st 9lbs so far and need to lose another 2 stone to get to target

Wednesday 2nd march- red day

B- 42g simply fruity Dorset cereal (heb), ff onken strawberry yogurt & banana

L- scrambled egg on toast (heb) (1 syn for butter & 2 syns for ketchup)

D- syn free shepherds pie (using swede as mash)

Drinks- sf squash, green tea, coffee (using hea), hot choc (2 syns)

Syns- 5 (so far) but might have more during course of day

Could someone tell me if this looks ok
