Hi all, im completely new to this so i hope youll all bear with me. I have a question; does anyone know how many syns are in Tesco banana flavoured milk? It comes in a 1 litre carton. Im assuming i cant use it as normal healthy extra of milk as it has sugar in. Thanks!
